A Customer Centric Approach

The MCAP Residential Mortgage website is a departure from the rest of MCAP’s web properties in terms of interface and creative design. MCAP worked with Vault Solutions to develop requirements for a customer centric navigation for the new site. Armed with MCAP’s corporate style guide and Vault’s findings, Radii worked closely with the Vault and the MCAP team to create an interface that was both visually appealing and highly functional.
